Child Development

As an experienced NHS Health Visitor, I offer child development reviews and support which follows the healthy child programme. I utilise ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE questionnaires, which are a standardised method used to screen childcare for development and social-emotional delays.

ASQ-3 focuses on general development across five key domains: communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving and personal-social
ASQ:SE specifically screens for social-emotional development, including areas like self regulation, compliance and interaction with others

With a Diploma in Breastfeeding Support from the IBLC - International Breastfeeding London I am aligned with UNICEF Baby friendly initiative standards, offering support with latch, positioning, feeding concerns and maternal confidence.

I believe human lactation is more than nutrition alone,
it is a means of bonding, nurturing and caring.

The same hormone that drives milk letdown (oxytocin) and production (prolactin) enhance our parenting instincts for men as well as women.

I am here to support and guide mothers on their breastfeeding journey.

Breastfeeding Support

As an experienced NHS Midwife and Health Visitor I can offer support for new mothers with maternal mood assessments and referral (if required), support with newborn babies, assist with any questions regarding baby’s health or wellbeing in the early months.
