Yinyasa yoga, often called ‘Flow Yoga’, is a dynamic style where movements are linked with breath in a continuous sequence. It emphasises a smooth transition between poses creating a flowing, energetic practise. The word ‘Yinyasa’ itself, derived from Sanskrit, means ‘to conscious alignment of breath and movement

Antenatal & Postnatal Yoga
In the very near future, I will also be offering antenatal and post natal yoga sessions. These are safe, nurturing sessions to support physical and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and recovery. Watch this space!

Yin Yoga
I will also soon be offering Yin Yoga, which is a practise that focuses on targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body, like fascia, ligaments and joints; by holding poses for extended periods. It is rooted in Taoist philosophy, where yin represents stillness, passivity and the female principle. Yin Yoga aims to balance these energies within the body, promoting flexibility and inner stillness. Benefits include:

  • Stress and anxiety reduction

  • Improved circulation and energy flow

  • Enhanced Joint Mobility
